SHOJI SCREEN EFFECT ON DOOR

​Kevin Forrester enjoyed creating a Shoji Screen effect on a sliding glass door, using Mulberry Paper and Japanese Washi Paper. The wood effect is washi tape wood grain 1/2" wide from another source, and as luck would have it, a perfect match to the sliding door's existing frame. The two papers were combined and laminated together for the central panels, while the border panels were a single layer of the metallic thread paper.
