Tojimbo Momi Washi Paper - IVORY

Inspired by the rough rock faces of the cliffs at Tojimbo Japan, the Tojimbo Momi Paper features a rough, evenly textured surface. The creased texture of the paper is formed by crinkling the paper during the manufacturing process which also provides a soft, fabric-like feel to the paper. Using this authentic Japanese paper, you can add depth, texture and shadows to projects like collage, mixed media and sculpture.

The Tojimbo Momi Paper mixes kozo pulp and sulphite for a durable, acid-free paper weighing 60 gsm. The pulp is dyed providing a rich off-white color to both sides of the sheet and the momi texture is even and uniform.
