MIXED MEDIA ROLLED PAPER ART

Dive into the depths of the blue see with this creation by Ava Nesbitt.  The 3D effect is done by rolling strips of paper and gluing them together.  Some may know this as a quilling technique.  The stunning blues featured here are made possible with Thai Unryu.  Some colors used are black, midnight blue, blue, pale blue and blue chiffon.
